Due to good relations to both of your people The Gallic Council of Freedom and National Unity wishes to remain neutral et politically unaffected by this dispute between yourselves.

Until you resolve the situation all vessels of either Discordian or Order affiliation reaching the size et combat capabilities of gunboats or bigger will be forbidden to enter Roussillon, vessels of said affiliations of any kind of civilian transportation including but not limited to freighters, transports et liners, accompanied with their snubcraft escorts as well as non-escort snubcraft squadrons will be forbidden to dock or land anywhere in Roussillon, upon system entry they will be halted, scanned for alien presence et granted their own Council escorts until the next exit from the system should they seem to be free of infestation or are to face capture and/or destruction should they turn out to be infected.
