**** SENDER: Press Release ****

**** TO: IMG & CR - Internal Document ****

Reporter: I am standing here several hundred meters above a stormy sea, we feed the wind gushing against our faces, and still it is hot here. I am talking to Sarah Wilkons, an engineer here on this construction site and also responsible for press management. Sarah, can you explain to us where we are here?

Sarah Wilkons: We are standing here inside Construction Area Delta 4, where we have drilled 1126 Titanium beams into the solid bedrock around 240 meters below the sea level. What our feet are on are the platforms between these massive beams that reach 40 meter deep into the rock. On these platforms we are able to construct platforms that are necessary to moor some objects that can't be moving too much. Here, this is an aerial from 7 days ago when we had good weather and calm sea. We are here.

Reporter: What constructions that will be fixed here are we talking about?

Sarah: The Spaceport Hangars and Logistics Hubs mainly. During docking phase of large transports, we have to make sure to minimize horizontal and vertical movement during shield-down time.

Reporter: How long have you been working here?

Sarah: 6 monts and 2 weeks. Time passes quickly here, as we work in shifts of 8 hours, 24/7. It's easy, as there is little else to do.

Reporter: Back to this site, Mrs. Wilkons. We know that yesterday there was a huge tropical thunderstorm and we are not permitted to come to the construction site. How safe is this work here?

Sarah: Construction is always risky. We are around 150 meters above sea level. A fall, and the water surface is as hard as this reinforced steel floor. You end as a red little pool between the waves. That's why there are protocols to follow. But in the end, this is a hostile planet that we are trying to tame. Things can happen that we cannot anticipate.

Reporter: Why is that construction so high above sea level?

Sarah: Climate and maritime data suggest that in a massive storm, a level 9, waves could be around 100 meter high. Same goes for marine tectonic events. A safety marging of 50 meters makes sense. Oh, by the way, we have storm level 3 at the moment. Waves are less than 9 meters. 35 % of the year we are on level 3.

Reporter: What do you fear most?

Sarah: Fearful people are not out here. But, if you must know: We get deliveries here by flights. Heavy building material. A carrier crashing into the construction... that would be a major accident. And with a wind like that, it's not too hard to imagine. It could happen.

Reporter: Hope it won't! Impressive work. Good luck! Stay safe!
