It's in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Discovery Freelancer 4.87.0\EXE\flhook_plugins\restart
Every restart has its own file, but the factions are listed as their code. So to be able to understand it , you need the Ioncross txt file about factions ... Tongue
