From what I've seen, this looks good. Only had one interaction so far, and that was during the huge slaughter that the Unione Corse handed out a few days ago. Your Storta captain was wise to dock at Cali Smile

A few things though in regards to your diplomacy. First, read this post and the next two beneath it for information on the Gallic quasi/unlawfuls. Next, I understand that most Outcast groups consider the LR, LH, and GC as at least friendly; do you?
