If I was a Gaul, I would be perfectly fine with my enemies fighting against each other and let the problem solve itself, while I am peacefully reading impressionistic poetry in the quiet battleship Oubli.
Might just send a small fighter squad to mop their remains up at the end, if I feel like it.

If I was a Gaul (an evil one, not some Councilman), I would check out what they are fighting over to make sure I don't miss anything in a system our fleet has complete and barely contested control over and then consider if it's worth to join in with said massive fleet outnumbering both sides at the same time GRN is parking in the very same system of Leeds anyways, or not.
