Soviet, what you have to understand is the game is almost just a way to go about the RP we do here on the forum. If you want to get involved with RP with people, you should try to organize it here on the forums first.



I understand everything you've said, and yes it is hard when you start in disco, I didn't know anyone here when I started, I don't know anyone here in real life, and I have managed to pretty well for myself. Honestly the way I went about doing it was watching what was going on for quite a long time. I watched and saw how things worked. I understand you traded hard to get that OC Dessie and you want to play with it, but going from alpha to NY cause you saw ROS there is not going to get you what you want. Your an outcast, spend some time in Alpha, when you see ROS or 101st, not in combat, then you talk to them, ask them if they need help, tell them about your character. Get the feel of the place before running headlong into a battle in NY you know nothing about.



It is hard, but you are making it harder on yourself with all this ranting and raving. Relax, calm down, and talk to people. What questions do you have, how can we help you get the hang of things? I'm sure most of us here on the forums would be more than happy to answer any questions you have, as long as they are asked in a reasonable manner, and so long as you understand, the answers aren't going to be instantaneous, slow down, take your time, you've got all the time in the world to get the feel of the community, it's not going to happen in a week.
