As far as I can tell, the ID isn't QCP ID ... Queen Carinas Privateers was the faction name , Bretonian Privateer ID is the point. So I see no real reason ( doesn't matter if they did or did not look for it ) to build from their ruins or their stuff.
Don't get me wrong, but mentioning the faction and the ID as one isn't really right.
Yeah, my attitude to a stalemate kid of way isn't the best, as I tend to notice that it kills of many attempts that could have been good and sucessful.
Actually The Bretonian Privateers are Queen Carina's Privateers, same thing. QCP| is more like the, the official representing faction for this ID and faction.
