Technology compatibility issue with Mammoth

Hi all; long time lurker, first time poster. I've reviewed the tech compatibility chart, but there's clearly something I'm missing, as I am continually dropped to 90% power output. If anyone could point out for me what is causing the issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Ship: Mammoth
Guns: Iron Hammer Transport Turret x2, Dulzian Transport Turret x2, Transport Pulse Turret x1
External Equipment: Heavy Transport Graviton Shield, Enhanced Thruster
Internal Equipment: CE-Ta Engine Mk I, Deep Scanner, Armor Upgrade Mk I
ID: Freelancer ID

I've tested un-equipping my guns/external/internal and changing the shield, so I'm thinking it's an ID issue. I've looked at the tech compatibility charts, but I'm still not sure. Can anyone help me out?
