Reasons to hate:

Reasons to like:
Liberty [non-foreign] corporation
No light arms/metals. Xenos attack Liberty shipping for such materials I believe.

I can see Xenos being somewhat annoyed (occasional attacks, when in need of resources) and hostile or even cautious. Should I put it under Furious as proposed?

You enocurage foreign trade, you bring synthpaste in from Kusari, it's not all about Foreigners it's mostly about trading with them, we hate that. It promotes the same injustices as any foreign trade does as far as we are concerned, let's face it, you don't exactly run empty back to Liberty, do you? Oh and Hostile will do, Ageira is who we reserve the special fire for.
