I am sorry for delaying this a bit, but matters like your proposal need some time to be processed. Taking in consideration past relations with Maltese Nation as a whole, you shall have the Storta-class destroyer under the following conditions:

- The ship must not be used for any other purpose except for defense of the Junker bases and vessels.
- Our engineers will install a self-destruct algorithm. It might sound a bit extreme, but it is the only way of ensuring our technology does not fall into the wrong hands. Should something like that happen, and any other party takes control of the vessel, you are to immediately inform us of the situation, and the parties involved.
- The ship must -not- leave the system under any circumstances, expect if it is absolutely vital for the defense of Puerto Rico. Should that kind of situation happen, you are to inform us prior to leaving the system, and we shall send a fighter wing to escort you.
- Our engineers will place a tracking device which will be directly connected to a self-destruct system, attempting to remove it is not advised.
- We need to be aware of ship's callsign.
