I am Cardinal Mario Olmos, Cardinal of the Crimson Council, and head of the Olmos family.

The Crimson Council is aware of your people's operations, your part in spreading the Orange Dream, and your policies... Your policy on foreign capital vessels in particular, is famous amongst Sirius.

I speak of all of this to merely say the following:
