Good day Sir,

After receiving some intelligence from a BIS Agent, about a possible illegal Base in the Magellan System, I spent a bit of time investigating and eventually found it.

I must have dozed off as when I came to my recorders had captured the Docking message of one =Z=Exositas. I waited around for a little while but the ship didn't undock. Eventually another Ship undocked and I managed to speak to its Captain. Find the transcript below:

I must apologise for the delay in putting forward this Report as this happened 2.5 weeks ago. The only defence I can offer is my belief in the good side of Human Nature. He told me that he would start the process and obviously my trust was misplaced.
