Why Corsair? Because we have no friends, just casual acquaintances we haven't shot yet, turns out the Corsairs have no friends in Liberty either, just mildly neutral with the Junkers, Xenos hate Junkers, they control the drugs and the artifacts, both trades we'd like for ourselves. If we could get the Corsairs to ship the arties to us instead of the Junkers, it would mean that the Junkers would be weakened in Liberty, hopefully enough that a short sharp push will kick em out entirely, and we get a much needed ally in the Corsairs, strengthening our position and the Corsairs at the same time, they'd still be filthy foreign scum, but they'd be our filthy foreign scum.
Zoners, they overcharge us for our ships, plus they don't ally with anyone really, they just stay on good terms with everyone, IMG has nothing we want, we don't manufacture our own ships so we don't need niobium, even if we were to modify them we can raid the parts necessary for that from passing convoys.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
