Eden Naragon here, co-administrator of Bethlehem Station. I received a report from some Liberty officials that you two were engaging in illegal activities outside our station. From the report received, and cross referencing it with our station guncams, you both fired on civilian vessels and attempted to profit from their deaths by selling it on our station.

Care to explain yourselves? Until further notice, your ships are going to be placed on a no-dock status, and if we catch you again firing on civilian vessels, we will place a bounty on your head as well as ensure you are denied access to any Zoner facility.
