I do believe that it should be upto the KNF also to have a say in this matter aswell. (aka Lotek_).

My opinion:
Also this would be more appropriate, considering the Chimaera is a second generation Very Heavy Fighter developed specifically for the war with Bretonia.
example:
Ens. Wyrm /Dragon VHF?
Officer. Wyrm /Dragon VHF?
Captains: Wyrm/Dragon VHF?/Bomber/Gunboat
Sergeants: Wyrm/Dragon VHF?/Bomber/Gunboat
Sheriff: Anything up to destroyer

I also believe that you should be limited to only two or so destroyers and that the KNF and the KSP should interact and communicate, as without that, this isnt going to work.

Besides from that.. SOUNDS AWESOME
