This evening has been very dangerous, to start of with myself and Captain Merlon started a patrol from Battleship Nagakshi moving out to Tau 23, we were joined by a 17th agent. This agent went by the transponder CR|-Sentry[17th].

Moving out towards Tau-23 Jump hole we found a very suspicious pilot. Flying a Pirate Train, with a Freelancer Affiliation, this smuggler was hauling a full cargo hold of Cardamine. The ships transponder was reading XXL-C.C.Delight.

We tried to make this smuggler comply and cut there engines, but they were refusing to, we asked the pilot to drop all cardamine on board but they refused to again, and then this smuggler open fired upon Captain Merlon. So I open fired and started engaging this smuggler. The three of us chased this Smuggler back into Tau-23 from chasing him half way through Tau-29, where he took heavy damage but managed to dock on Cali Station within Tau-23.

Moments later I see both Captain Merlon and the Agent from 17th Squadron start running back to Tau-29 and I had no clue what was happening until my scanner was reading a Gallic Royal Navy Pilot. I sensed something bad was going to happen so I engaged my cruise engines and followed myCaptain and the Agent.

After jumping through the jump hole back to Tau-29 this Gallic Pilot was only a few klicks away from me where he fired a disruptor and stalled my engines. Not seeing the Agent or Captain Merlon anywhere in sight I listened to the Gallic Pilot for a few moments noticing he was going to open fire on me sooner or later, so I started after burning towards Battleship Nagaski.

This Gallic Pilots transponder was reading GRN|Maurice.Cornett, flying a Lynx Very Heavy Fighter. When I was within 10 klicks of Battleship Nagaski, there was another Gallic pilot on my scanner, there transponder was reading GRN|Mathis.Launcelot. This pilot was also flying a Lynx Very Heavy Fighter.

So as you can see there was me being ambushed by two Gallic Royal Navy Fighter Pilots with both my patrol leader and an agent fleeing, so I was confused about what I should do. I took matters into my own hands and requested assistance from Battleship Nagaski, while both the Agent and Colonel Korden fleed the sceen for safety.

I fired a few shoots on Pilot Cornett being able to de-shield the vessel and luckily Battleship Nagaski had a good crew commanding her guns tonight, hitting the pilot with a Battleship Battlerazor destroying the ship.

Gallic Pilot Mathis returning fire on my ship after his wingman was shot down, so I entered evasive manuvours dodging shots fired at me until assistance showed up. Having my scanners active and online, I saw a freindly pilot heading to my location. The CR|-Firaeveus[K199] Hydra Gunboat was what was showing on my scanner, soon as I saw the transponder, I knew I had hope in surviving the Gallic Mathis Fighter Pilot. Colonel Korden showed up to assist me fighting of the Gallic Threat.

49th Firebird Squadron was not having a good night, when my scanners had two more Gallic Pilots showing. Both went by the transponders reading Louis.Molyneauxm and Vincent.Marseille. Both flying Lynx Very Heavy Fighters as well.

So at this time we were out numbered 3 to 1 Fighters but I was having assistance from Colonel Korden and the Firaevus. Having emergency communications go out to all nearby Colonial Vessels, we had CR|-Hax[49th]
CR|-Orion[17th] show up giving us more fighter power being able to even the fight out a little more. Sadly Colonel Korden and the Firaeveus was heavily damaged close to Battleship Nagaski.

While this battle was going on there was another pilot coming in from Coronado system. Colonial Lieutenant Marks, transponder reading CR|-Vampire[49th] being joined with a Secondary Fleet Gunboat Captain, transponder reading message.of.love.

CR|-Orion[17th] had two of the three Gallic pilots on his six during most of the fight, while I was dealing with the Gallic Pilot that started shooting me after his wingman was destroyed. Agent Orion was destroyed by the two Gallic Pilots, I managed to pick up his escape pod and got him close to Battleship Nagaski.

The Gallic Royal Navy knew there was more Colonial Support moving into assist so they bought along a Bomber pilot, his transponder was reading GRN|Lucie:LeBlanc. Moments later I took heavy damage and had all my equipment destroyed from my vessel, so I pointed my Nyx towards Battleship Nagaski and rushed to my escape pod. Ejecting from my Nyx, I started floating towards the battleship waiting to be picked up.

After my ship was destroyed, I have no clue what happened after, I am not sure who won and who lost. But I know my Nyx is out of action, I hear Battleship Nagaski has a spare one in the cargo bay some where. That there mechanic's can fix up and get setup for me to use.

A few hours later, a Hydra Gunboat was mooring to Battleship Nagaski. The pilot of this vessel was Colonel Stephanie Chaple. She was in charge of flying and commanding the CFV-Defiance Hydra Gunboat, this vessel is apart of the Secondary Fleet of the Colonial Republic.

It seemed very weird at first. But Colonel Chaple seemed like a very nice person and offered me training onboard of the Defiance. She said she spoke with Colonel Korden about training myself as a pilot of a Hydra Gunboat. So Colonel Chaple took me back to the Defiance and started my training. I learned how to do basic manuvours, and the basic parts of flying one of the finest Gunboats within the Colonial Republic.

When we set off on a training patrol, we had a vessel join us. I was shocked at first but Colonel Korden had joined us with his fixed CR|-Firaeveus[K199]. So we set out and moved towards Freeport 6 were we saw a various amount of ships. One of them was a Zoner Affiliated Hathor Gunship.

Colonel Chaple and myself thought twice and looked. Something was not right about this pilot, The transponder was reading Teshub. Colonel Korden and Colonel Chaple took over and was speaking with this pilot to find out information about this Hathor Gunship.

Rumours are that one of the Order Hathor Gunships were stolen. We believe to have found the stolen Hathor. So Colonel Chaple gave the pilot three options to start of with. Each of them sounded reasonable and fair and they were.

1: Pay a fine of 4 million credits which will be sent to the Order, and the vessel returned to Order Space and back to Order.
2: Colonel Chaple take command of the vessel and fly it her self back to Order space.
3: Destruction of said vessel.

Colonel Korden had another option though, that option was to take the pilot to Zoner space and get an exchange on this vessel so we were able to take it and hand it back to the Order.

After a long time negoitating and speaking with the pilot he finally agreed to the 4th option. So we escorted the pilot to Baffin where the Zoner took a suicide fly in the nearest sun corona.

Loosing sight and contact of this pilot, we headed back to Tau-29 and continued our patrol. Colonel Korden wanted some commodities from Holmon Outpost so Colonel Chaple gave me permission to fly Defiance and take the seat of the Gunboat.

So we made our way to Tau 31 were we were engaged by several Gallic Royal Navy Gunboat Patrols, having being shot at by 8 Gunboats at one time, we were forced to return fire. I asked Colonel Chaple to take over and she told me to keep command and learn how to fly the Defiance.

Being shot at by several gunboats at one time was scary and I was shaken up a bit. But having the assistance of Colonel Korden and Colonel Chaple with me they helped me survive and we destroyed all 8 vessels capturing 5 Captains.

After reaching Holmon Outpost, we returned back to Tau-29 and started heading to Battleship Nagaski to re-fuel and re-arm.

All guncam images are being uploaded into the database now. There are no guncam images from when the Gallic's hit us due to my Nyx was heavily damage and all guncam images lost.
