Ultimately the power rests in the hands of the Shogun with the police and the military being two seperate arms of his power. The KNF should report nothing to you as a matter of duty, merely as a matter of protocol and vice versa.

Secondly almost always military concerns are judged above those of police concerns, so the KNF would feature higher in the Shoguns good graces than any police faction. As with all the police factions so far you are second place when it comes to ordering people about and there's no way any military man is going to take orders from a jumped up civilian

Exactly,a nd also as I was rereading here you say the KSP alone is going to set the rules? Man that sounds like a power grab/power trip. Take a page from Liberty and instead try working with the KNF have a joint discussion going on and work together to set the laws. No offense but what allows you to come in and undo everything that the KNF has done in Kusari?
