Just go play that instead if you want more death penalties. Not sure why there is so much drama going on about this.

Because you dont know that Vanilla Freelancer actually has the death penalty option? It's not like we are trying to involve something totaly new into the game. The game itself has it.

I like your initial idea.

But i have another idae;

You see a lot of times that some player factions are stronger then others.
So like RM is almost always winning from LN(S) (at least in the past) (sorry guys).

But then the development should be that the winning factions should gain more terretory.
Like Rheinland getting Bering, or Minnesota or whatever.
Or same in Omicrons if Hessians or Corsairs win most fights.

That would be real fun and kind of interactive, i guess that would get it going.

Yeah srsly, like if official factions would've such an option, it'd be awesome

Actually Crossfire mod has this for its official clans, they can conquer systems, but only officials.
