Greetings Congress,

Dan Armstrong here with a report on a stolen Recycler.
I was flying in my new ship the Moldy Crow ("Callsign: .:j:.Lil.Homie") with a possible new Congress member in California when I spotted a Recycler with no tag at the Cortez jumpgate. So I ran a scan on him.. Partisan was his name, his ID showed Freelancer. Apparently this one fly's a Recycler without the proper paperwork. So I asked for an explanation how he could have gotten that ship.

Here is a record of the conversation I had with this Freelancer, see below.



Then he suddenly docked with the jumpgate to Cortez. I went after him..
But by the time I reached Cortez he was already out of scanning range and I wasn't able to catch up with him.



This Recycler is stolen and needs to be retrieved by one of us.

This is a message to all Congress members. Be on the look out for this Freelancer in a stolen Recycler and take back what is rightfully ours!
