Colin flops down in his Red Deer II office, just having returned from an one-week stay on Police Plaza for a few shareholder meetings and other assorted shenanigans bureaucratic nonsense. He's greeted only by the stack of outstanding paperwork lying on his desk which has cropped up during his transit from Police Plaza to the Red Deer II's current post in Alberta.
He's looking positively surprised by the scribblings on one of the sheets of dead, compressed trees that he comes across in the pile, though!
