Joseph sits on board the bridge of what looks to be an upgraded liner of some sort. Around him are multiple heavily armoured marines, the "Guardians", each with a Greek letter painted upon their right shoulder plate. He sat forward, blinking once, twice, before standing and addressing the camera sat before him

Grand Admiral Golanski,

I must thank you for including us in this transmission. It's not often that we are called upon for such events, but increasingly so in recent days.

Now, the business at hand. I will gladly take up your offer. Those attending for the Solar Runners will be myself, five Guardians, and possibly our elected head Councilman, James Harper. He is still unsure, so that's a possibility, not a definite.

I will of course request more details before the chosen date, but detail is what I require of you, specifically what this is for, before arriving. From there, I can begin to make a decision on anything that may affect us.
