Greetings, hermanos.
Juan looked at Gentle snoring by the fireplace, grinning broadly. Lucendez's eyes moved back to the concious members of the Council.
I hope I didn't come at a bad time. The Zoners either will not or can not act, but this doesn't matter. I would like to put forth a motion to make 10k around both Freeport 9 and Corfu Base a cease-fire zoner, while the rest of Omicron Theta be a free-fire zone to engage hostiles and the like.
I don't want to make any predictions, but I'm pretty sure Ms. Silvan won't agree to this, meaning the onus falls on us. I want to hear all of your opinions on the matter, so that I may go back to the Zoner Council and deliver them to the best of my ability.

"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."
