Why not make this a faction creation request?

Mandalorians was moved from hostile to unfriendly in KNF diplomacy because I received an "hot message" by one of their chairmans (viewable in KNF action reports, probably misplaced) willing to be neutral while still shooting at us...compromise is the essence of life...:huh:..

However now we have a dedicated section for "At war" so probably we could change them back to hostile, as they keep attacking us and will probably forever do it as it is implied in their rolepaly from what I understood, that message confused me a little bit.
