Looking at the viewports from the conference room, he heard the doors open and upon turning around, he saw Christian Burton walking in.
"Christian! Been a while lad. A pleasure t' see you again."
As soon as he finished, he saw another person walking in behind Burton. Admiral Teerin of the Liberty Navy. Before he could respond to Teerin's inquiry, Rachel, silent as ever in the corner approached and offered her response.
"Welcome Admiral Teerin. I hope your arrival was uneventful here. As our previous communiques have indicated, space around Bethlehem is not as safe as we would like. But you seem t' have made it here in one piece!"
Motioning for everyone to sit down, he took a sip from his glass, and oferred refreshments to the guests. As they gave their yes and no's, Finn began.
"While we are waiting for ta delegate from Freeport 2, I see no reason why we cannot begin discussing Bethlehem, as well as Ames. As I had mentioned previously Admiral, we are here t' discuss remaking a new Treaty of Bethlehem. In front of you all, you will see the old treaty, of which we will be using as a basis for our meeting today."
He motioned towards the documents in front of everyone. Taking a pause, as well as another sip from his glass, he continued.
"Before we discuss what this new treaty will contain, I would like t' hear from you both your concerns or what you felt that ta old Treaty failed t' uphold or provide, for Zoner and Liberty Navy alike."
