Xeno's Freighter (Prison ship)

They are a desperate faction in RP, but in game-play they are fine.

In your first post you said that the Xenos have the manpower to steal transports and freighters. You also said the Xenos don't have the resources to build their own ships...
"Due an Xenos has Low on resources , they have made this new Xenos Prison transport ship."

So why would they get a new ship? If they can't make their own ships now, how would they produce big transport ships? Just get a freighter and say its "stolen". That's better than making a whole new ship because you want one...
