O.k. Suggestion - Hammerhead should be done as proper VHF too. I mean capable of mounting and sustaining fire with lv10 guns/equipment. Actually that should be the only improvement. The hull may be left 7900 , and the agility the same too. And the Npc BH can use some dabiliator guns in their load-outs. Oh and red engines :P. Reason for suggesting this - the current hammerhead cant cope good enought with other VHF , piloted by NPC. So only allowing him to use 10 lv guns and equipment will be fine and meke it a fully VHF. Besides we have VHF versions of fighters less powerfol than the barracuda(as hammerhead is its VHF).
