I should think that if any Order or GMG combat vessels were to come across a Zoner being attacked, they would definitely render assistance. What's the point of their mutual alliances if neither side bother to help the other when in need? Of course, if the harvester is the one being ganged up on by a bunch of Zoners, the GMG should stay out of it. The Order should also probably be made targets for the Harvesters also (considering both they and the Zoners are interested in non-human lifeforms for study etc).
Btw, Billy_Banks and Kuraine are my two zoners and you may consider them both legitimate targets for the Harvesters.
