Salvager and Raba regen counts: too high?

Repeating it again "Frigate".

If you want to decrease regen counts rename it into a "Transport" then pls, stop confusing people.

Giving a ship a different name should not mean that it's allowed to be objectively superior in practically every way to ships it competes with for cargo size and practical use.

The Salvager and Raba are, for all intents and purposes, transports. They're at least twice as survivable as transports of similar size with no defensive weaknesses.

If we want to argue balance based on lore and naming, why can civilian and pirate ships compete with house technology? Because we base balance on gameplay, not the names and/or 'lore use' of ships.
