BLS is under new management

I dislike seeing anyone other than a Lane Hacker using a Hacker Gunship. I realize there are precious few unlawful options to choose from for gunboats, but I envision that ship having "special" Lane Hacker technology built in that 1. We wouldn't want even our allies to possess, and 2. No one but a Hacker would be able to use them without blowing themselves up.
The entire LH clan only has one of them.
But what do I know.
I do know that [BLS]-Blackthorn bought one yesterday...I don't recall seeing anything about that in the LH diplomatic channel.
