And then quoting half of what would support your point but sharing only your own assumptions about the other half of it isn't really convincing. Why do you think it matters if you think "that Sirius Sector exceeds 200-250 light years" or not? I think it exceeds 1500 lightyears and then we are at a stalemate unless you quote the Lore again.

And I kindly ask you that next time specify your sources, please.

I can't find source now, but I believe it was once stated by Microsoft // Digital Anvil that Sirius Sector should not exceed 500 light years for sure. All in all, we must ask original creator of Freelancer to clear that matter, since Sirius (I mean the shape here, not nebulaes or actual names) has been based onto real place in space, as seen from Earth.
