To whom this may concern,
This transmission may be bugged so I'll keep this short. My name is Victor Batch, my friends call me Recon. I grew up in a mining colony on planet Pittsburgh. I learned first hand what it is really like in Liberty. I am on the run from local authorities after being framed for stealing money from the colony by a corrupt official who was stealing it himself. After hiding out in Colorado for a while, a friend told me if I really hate Liberty then I should look you guys up. So here I am and I really hate Liberty.
