Every Country in this World has the right to deem somebody/Organisation as undesirables. This would also mean that those that are so labelled will feel the full force of the Law, of that Country, if they are found wandering around within their Borders.
It doesn't matter whether you are peaceful, at that time, or not, you are seen as undesirables and therefore the Law Enforcement Agencies, of that Country, have the right to detain you.
It works the same way in this Game. You have made your bed and now you have to lie in it. With some RP you can change Bretonia's attitude to you but it will not happen just because you want it to. Instead of writing to a Government 'Better stop this' it would be more prudent to make a complaint to them without the threats. My answer to your 'Better stop this' would be 'or what'?
