You sent a threatening message to Bretonia, laying claim to territory that belongs to them. How can you call this neutrality? Saying "get out of our way or die" is not being neutral.
It does NOT matter that you went to Kansas and you changed the lore, because you kept the tag. Bretonia sees Pilgrims as a threat. Also, you broke the law last time when you disobeyed the Law Enforcement. This is the situation now.
