Yes, but they're not Xenos...in fact, they probably oppose the Xenos in several ways. Hence the issue.

We can use DSE bases then. Planet Pittsburgh seems a nice place.

Don't count on it. We're going to be getting that fixed. Xenos shouldn't be able to dock on DSE bases. If you end up ruffling feathers with xenos your docking options will be pretty much zoner stations and barrier. It could be worse. Operating out of bering/kepler/coronado/magellan/penny.

The situation of using Xeno ID is different than the other Vigilante group using the LPI ID because the Xenos are highly fragmented. There's no set way for Xenos to improve Liberty, other groups do different things. With that being said, I expect you not to utilize the HF tech cell the Xeno ID has because they're distributed to XA and like-minded groups. At the same time, though, you can easily be slapped for 1.3 for acting how a Xeno wouldn't. Get admin approval.

The same goes for the other vigilante faction, they should've done that. I don't foresee it being a huge issue with this group though. After all, it's not like you're doing something illegal and using an ID that lets you do it legally without actually being that entity that's allowed to do it.
