Biography:

Tracy was normaly from orbital spa and cruise. She was captain of Luxery Liner Mackinac. She met Master Yashida at java station in a emergency situation. Outcasts were attacking the station and they fought together. Not even 3 month later they married and got twin baby's. She asked for her Kusarian nationality and received it 2 months later. Now she's head of the yashida Research devision.

Current Year is 821 A. S., and the documentation presented point to 782 A.S. as the person's date of birth (39 years old).

• Long term foreign residents of Kusari territories who have proven to be law abiding citizens and worthy of Kusari Citizenship

• Are not involved with any organization outlawed by Kusari law
  
• Have dedicated his or her services to a commercial corporation, or have offered their services for several years to Kusari organizations (note: Kusari law enforcement forces, Kishiro Technologies and affiliated companies, Samura Industries and affiliated companies, Hogosha organizations)
  
• Have lived in Kusari for a period longer than 10 years, or 5 years if the individual is a spouse of a kusarian citizen.
