Subject: LSF Accuses Bretonia’s Merchant Navy of Treason

Whilst engaged in Operation Bletchley Park, myself in command of the Hampshire, and Mr. Hank of the Food Wagon Were approached In the Newcastle system by what appeared to be a member of the Liberty Security Force, flying under the callsign “Chameleon”. The following conversation ensued:

BAF|MN-Hampshire: And the LSF suddenly have authority over the BAF, now?
D9|Chameleon': Just in case you -don't- secretly work for the Gauls
BAF|MN-Hampshire: Good one
D9|Chameleon': so, you aren't going to answer my quesiton, are you?
BAF|MN-Hampshire: i'm afraid it's classified

BAF|MN-Hampshire: Yes, you should know what that means
BAF|MN-Food.Wagon: Alex:Uh a LSF agent?

BAF|MN-Hampshire: No doubt, you have much more important things to do
D9|Chameleon': I guess you are flying to 31 and then Gallia space to supply the Gauls
BAF|MN-Hampshire: Oh, look, the LSF agent is insane
BAF|MN-Food.Wagon: Alex:Yeah

BAF|MN-Hampshire: You just stated that you assumed we were heading to Tau 31 to supply the gauls...how is that not an accusation?
D9|Chameleon': It is possible that you, Bretonians, pretending to ask Liberty for help. But behind our back, you are working with the Gauls
BAF|MN-Hampshire: See, there he goes again with the accusations of treason
BAF|MN-Hampshire: If I were his superior, I would have a long chat...
BAF|MN-Hampshire: One does not simply wander into one's ally's territory and make wild accusations of treasonous intent

Due to the sensitive nature of our operation as well as the apparent malfunctioning of the agent’s IFF transponder, I was unwilling to give out any details on our destination or cargo. As can be seen, the agent promptly accused us of treason, apparently under orders from the Liberty Government.

After our…discussion…the LSF agent withdrew, and we proceeded with our mission as planned.

It would appear that some members of Liberty’s Government do not trust the members of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. Perhaps this warrants further investigation.
