I am Hoshiko Minamimoto. I've been assigned to the mining division here, on Shiojiri. I want to report that our mining department is in a sorry state and I'm willing to help... since, well, since I'm a miner. However, I will need the help of some transport pilots. You see, my Anki is not exactly fitted to supply the station and a Hegemon mining platform would be too expensive. That's why I should be mining, transports should be filled with platinum ores and they should be the ones to supply Shiojiri and even Itabashi.
