The Story of Ruth Baxter

The door opens and a nurse comes in. She moves directly to a man in corsairs uniform.

The girl starts fighting to hold back her tears She often heard those words but today it hurts more than ever.
Today is the last chance to graduate the Corsairs Fighter High School.
She matched everything everything but the fighter-trial. She failed already and today is her last chance,,,

Only one more hour and I can start looking for a job as a waitress in a bar If there isnt a wonder coming up. I have ruined my whole damned life...
A black limousine is coming up the driveway and two men are getting out.

She turns around and looks into the face of that tall man, munching a corsairs-gum.

Confused, she enters the car and is still asking herself, whats coming next.
After a short drive, they reach a bar and the car stops. Oh cool, theres my new job teachers have been faster than me

She enters the bar and her eyes are doing all they can to see anything in that dark location.

She became a fighter in the corsairs fleet and fought a long time against the nomads, till the nomads brains
that had poisoned her father were squashed under her feet.
At the age of 39, she left the corsairs and moved to Manhattan. She opened a little bar in Manhattan South and called it: Dads Corner
Theres nothing special in it, but a small picture, showing Admiral Tex Baxter leaning against his Titan.
Tex Baxter a corsarian hero she never knew but somehow she felt it
