I think the first time it should be a request, with the threat of status removal, thereafter it's just a matter of keeping up to date with the feedback and keeping on top of your faction, more a continual thing the more I think about it. It would change nothing about they way that the Keeper's feedback works excpet to consolidate it in one place, and the other factions would have somewhere to see what the community thought of their ongoing activities, but always with the overall goal of improving the integration between faction and community.
