So what you propose is, any official faction to apply to the RP factions section with a thread of their own, which would serve as a revision and feedback?

Or possibly a dedicated subforum, but yes essentially, only that there official status is not under question, at least so far, if such a thing were to happen it would be due to the faction not meeting the current high standards set by the admins for any new faction proposal. I would also suggest waiving the 500 million bond on such a thread if it were to go into the Faction Creation subforum.
