Feedback discussion should be HEAVILY monitored

and people should only be allowed to post if they have a solution to a present Issue about the faction,

All post in a feedback tread should be constructive, full of solutions and respectfull.

That way, people complaining without any constructive comments just to bring down a faction can't post .

Its a bit UTOPIC,, I know........

You can't stop people from posting, but any posts that aren't relevant should be ignored, if it's not a post on the current faction and how it can be brought in line with the standard expected from a new proposal, it's wrong. Once each thread becomes a feedback thread, then it is up to the faction's to anser each post with calmness and rationality. Common sense is the watchword here.

Before anyone asks if I expect levelheadedness from everyone, no, I don't but I do expect it from anyone who would choose to lead a faction
