Weeks had passed since the facility and the person rescued had remained in a coma like state, having been near death. Vaelin did what he could to assist but in the end the AI used greater skill set to stabilize and save the person’s life. He over watched the procedure as the machines worked. The cloths of the person had been changed into that of a hospital gown, the remains of what they had been wearing inspected before being stored away in case they came of any use. During the times when he had nothing to do, he would come down to watch over the person with the assumption that they might wake up, they how ever did not.

The Anubis was now docked within Puerto Rico moored at Viequas Shipyard; the entrance to the Osiris was guarded by four combat androids as well as two human guards, which were within full power armor. Despite things having been worked out with the, Vaelin remained conscientious towards the integrity of the ship. He was to meet the Arbiter of the Junker Congress. He moved to his room and took a shower changing into his usual attire of a short sleeved shirt and Cotton and polyester pants, for this occasion he wore his trench coat, the inside of it was fitted with coolant. Unknown to all was that Vaelin had a condition that his body was prone to hyperthermia.

Three weeks and there had been no news of his brother any trail of him going cold and he knew now that his brother had some assistance that would prove to complicate things in the future. A small level of agitation always prickled at him when he thought of his brother and his ability to remain several steps ahead. He hoped that the person lived otherwise his choice in stopping to try save their life was a bad one. He knew his brother was spooked by how close he had gotten, for now it was a waiting game.
