Yea but I don't think that the "healthy" ones will have big problems. It's like Sov said: People will look at your request, look at your experiences, maybe ask some questions of pure interest, give their thumbs-up - and thats it. It's certainly not about giving everyone a though time. If things are OK you will never have a problem. Think about the RFP request: Request ok, Experiences ok, Thumbs-up, Case closed.
