the largest ZOI that a lawful ID can have(one that has access to caps too) is the LN ID,it can " apply " the " law " in 2 houses (Liberty,Bretonia) , can be cocky in Kusari (and sometimes start some discussions,aka forum posts) drink the famous beer that you can only find in Rhineland and then go be a flying cow(a nomad hybrid one,mind you ! ) in O-99 and none will do a damn thing about it
