"On behalf of the Association, I bid you welcome to the meeting, and convey my gratitude on coming in the midst of your busy schedules.
I, Tokiomi Katagawa will be you mediating the procedures. I bid for everyone to take their seats."
As everyone took their space, Katagawa began talking again.
"Now, before we delve into the main points of the meeting, I ask if anyone wishes to add additional topics for our meeting that haven't been presented already."
He receives a list from one of his staff, and begins to read it. Meanwhile, several Associates and minor syndicate observers took their seats on the edges of the room, eager to hear what new decisions would come out of the Hogosha Association heads.
"Dewa, the points presented for today's meeting are: Current review of the Association, Syndicate operations partition and mediation, the Association financial situation, policy for Kusari business, and deliberating guidelines for operations abroad.
Should any of those present wishes to add an issue for discussion, please do so now."
