Lets brainstorm some ideas.

the more wacky the better. in conn? out of conn? general rules? caps allowed? fighters only? Circular for gunboats and cruisers?

I did plan to have another circular game this sunday since its my birthday, but yea that got crapped on.

which factions never have an event? what event could they have? where would it be? what would be the antagonising force (if any) ?
