Vaelin had picked out a spot under a tree, simply leaning his back up against the trunk. He wasn’t a fan of hot days and especially now – it was hotter then he would have liked, but he had failed to mention that. He sat with a book in hand and his legs crossed and his best to not squint at Hans’ elevated voice. He had a side arm strapped to his right leg; it was a device he simply wasn’t going to do without, especially here. Next to him he would have a bottle with just water in it, being one to not consume alcohol. For the moment at least he seemed to possess an unsociable air which were topped off with headphones in his ears.
