I mean if you are facing an enemy right in front of you, and both of you know you are enemies obviously, do you really have that much time to think about an original insulting message, write it down and thus being unable to use a bunch of your controls since you are writing? I'd have to agree on the 5k limit, anyone coming at me from 5k out is normally approaching to trade fire with me, if they subsequently get 5k away from me after that there's a strong possibility they don't want to come back and trade more shots.

Apply th 5k rule to Known enemys then there is no need for typing.

Thats 1 rule less.
