Attacking Traders

Two things,

First,

Hoodlum is right, we don't need any more rules, just a little more co-operation from traders.

Just because we can't disrupt you easily is no reason not to pay or drop a little cargo for the sake of the RP.

Second,

Bloodfrenzy is only in an osiris because it'd take weeks to get him liked by the lawful guys enough to be able to get him a dreadnought.

Currently the only cap-ships I can buy with bloodfenzy are the osiris and the huegenot.

If you've got a pirate rep your limited in terms of what ship you can get. As long as the (supposedly) neutral zoners still like you that choice increases to include both battlestars.
