If it was QCR, it would make sense, yes.
But how do you expect that a regular police officer knows about Brettonia supporting GC?
I mean, it might be a common knowledge, I don't know. But I had a feeling it's still kept under the table.
If it is, then BPA should see them as criminals as well. Maybe RP their arrest, docking on planet, and then BAF gets involved and settles it.
That would make much more sense, with same or better effect.

Other then that, agreed with Xoria.
And if you see something odd, take it to the PM or forum.
Never use OOC for 'settling' something. It just leads to lawyering.
